Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 5 business days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond during shop hours (Monday – Friday 10 am – 4 pm) with instructions on how to return items from your order.
There are absolutely NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS issued on USED molds.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Within Canada, if letter mail is selected (no tracking) your order will be sent through Canada Post with no tracking. We are not responsible for any lost or delayed orders if you choose this method of shipment. You can update to Courier/Expedited Parcel and receive tracking and free insurance of up to $100 of your order.
If you choose letter mail, please note we cannot tell you where the item is in the postal service or when it will be delivered.
For all orders that are shipped, Courier/Expedited Parcel there is tracking. 90% of these orders are sent via courier. If you are in a remote area and the courier costs are excessive we will ship your order Expedited Parcel. We cannot ship courier to a PO BOX. Ordering of heavy items, for example, ceramic mugs, tumbler press, etc may result in additional shipping charges. If so, we will contact you prior to fulfilling your order.
Shipping Rates for Courier/Expedited Parcel are set by province. You will get an estimate prior to check-out.
Shipping within Canada – Approx. 2 – 15 business days. Shipping to the USA – Approx. 5 – 15 business days (tracking provided) Worldwide – 21+ days (tracking provided, if possible).
You can also use LOCAL PICK UP. We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up with details and directions for contactless pickup. Local pick up is in Waterloo, Ontario. LOCAL PICK UP is available Monday – Friday 10am – 7pm. Orders must be picked up within 2 business days of receiving notice that your order is ready. Please DO NOT select local pick up if you are not able to pick up during the time outlined. We do NOT offer local pick up on weekends.
We try to keep our fulfillment time between 1 – 3 busines days. Please note Saturday and Sunday are NOT business days. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
Ordering a Pre-ordered Item
If you order an item on Pre-order, your whole order will be held for shipping until all the items arrive. If you wish the RTS items to be shipped right away, please purchase those seperately. There will be shipping charges for both orders.
