Convection oven:  Oven, 180 degrees Celsius, 6 minutes

Press:  (med – light pressure) 180 degrees Celsius 100S

DO NOT put in dishwasher or microwave.

Lid should be hand washed in hot soapy water, pat dried, and then sit in a drainer to completely dry overnight.  DO NOT put a damp lid on the glass jars.
